dance that doesn’t suck

Ever think, gee, it’s such a shame that most contemporary dance (probably the most ancient art form there is) sucks? Me, too. That’s why I’m letting you know about a new work-in-progress by choreographer (and friend) Koosil-ja. It’s called Live Processing: a dance/music/video piece that’s never the same twice. I’m helping to shoot and stream it for a showcase thingie so today I got to see a bit of it in rehearsal. It’s brilliant. It’s moving. It’s downtown next weekend and it’s CHEAP. Go. See good dance.
